the Medina II area or Palo Blanco area are areas where people average people are building houses these days... (they are not mansions... and it is not on a mountain side)... the city is expanding quickly, I feel.
I'm a dominican living in Miami for the last 14 years. I'm very close to retirement and would like to live in Jarabacoa after I retire. I would need a very small & cheap lot (my budget is very limited), enough to build a cottage and plant a garden. I would appreciate getting an idea of land prices and/or buying opportunities in Jarabacoa.
Thanks so much.
