Greetings one and all! The aptos gringos would like to invite you and your friends to a barbeque on our apartment rooftop this Sunday starting at 6:30 p.m. We live in Venecia on Calle Pi

The culture is very different for North Americans, but if you are Latino(a) by birth, you'd probably fit in and adjust easier.
You can rent a house for a few hundred dollars a month... it depends on your definition of 'comfortable' :)
